I had placed an Order #TOD100038600 on December 11, 2014 with Tolexo under the GOSF shopping festival but it was never shipped from Tolexo's end. The order comprised of an electric screwdriver. On enquiring about the status of the shipment on 23 Dec 2014, I was informed that the order will be delivered within a maximum of 15-20 days. Further on enquiring about the order's status on 15 Jan 2015, the staff wrote back that the shipment will reach me by end January 2015.
In the last week of Jan 2015, I found out from Tolexo's website that the order has arbitrarily been cancelled from their end without any notification. They are not responding to my emails now.
