I am a consumer of HP gas.Today a delivery boy named 'Nakul' came to our house and delivered the cylinder.our gas cash memo price was 640 but he claim 670/- as we are agreed to pay 650/- including 10/- for tips. He made a bad behaviour with me and told me that he will took that cylinder back if we are not agreed to pay as per his claim.
