Complaint Details
I booked order 238479 from www.floweraura.com for delivery at a address in Navi Mumbai. The delivery was for date 13th Feb 2015. The order was not delivered on 13th even after lots of follow ups with their support team. Even they confirmed on mail that they will deliver on 13th Feb at same location they have not delivered. They dropped me a mail at 3 PM IST stating the location is outskirts and will not be possible to deliver. The same site had delivered my product on same address in Sept 2014 (order - 171718) so not sure how this time the area was remote. They are not responding to my mails and not available on calls. Even the support guys available on chat are making fool and not providing correct information. I am still to get the full amount refunded yet, but will fight till end to teach these fake online portal a lesson and raise this issue on all possible forums. This will at-least be lesson for others, not to trust these fake portal.
