My Name is Chhotu Ram Singla and I am SBI Account holder of A/C No : 10007543785 in Following SBI Branch.

I have visited SBI Dugri Road, Ludhiana on Dated 08-Jan-2015 and found that my Lost Four Cheques (Cheque No. 7629628, 762921, 762919 & 762920) has been Debited in my Saving Account.

Upon Investigation, I have found that Ravneet Singh has forged signatures on my Lost Cheques. SBI CCPC Ludhiana has Cleared the Four Forged Signature Cheques Worth Rs. 1,97,000/-.

I have filed the same Compliant Dated 10-Jan-2015 to Branch Manager, SBI Dugri Road, But No Reply from his side. I have same receipt duly signed and Stamped by the Branch Manager.

Also, I have filed in Online SBI CMS and got the Ticket No. CS908916525122, SBI has not taken action and closed it without resolving the same.

I just want to request SBI BANK to credit the same amount to my same SBI account as it is the complete conspiracy and Negligence at SBI Bank end.

Please help me to pursue my case thru Consumer Forum.
