Complaint Details
I bought a Chevrolet Beat diesel car from Gallops Motors Ahmedabad 2 years back. Since day one the dealer is not able to deliver the service promise well. Moreover i was doing my insurance renewal from the dealer, i randomly checked the details during the renewal process this year i found a series of mistake which include wrong address as well as wrong vehicle model details. When i pointed out this issue the dealer apart from a sorry letter done nothing and said its a mistake. Not just that, the servicing department is also not properly doing their job. Its a cronic cases that my ehicle has to go twice for service. Even when i told them about some issue in y vehicle they said its fine and there is no problem. But when i took up seriously with GMI they agreed that something is wrong. Even now GMI officials are also not interested to help me out infact they feel iam doing this to get some benefit out of it. I have been communicating with the dealer as well the car company for this casual attitude. I would definitely put it as fraud of insurance done with me.
