Complaint Details
I purchased ornaments of net value of Rs. 29945 from Kasautii Jewellers Ranchi. I paid 25000 in cash. When I tried to pay the balance amount of Rs. 4945 through my SBI Debit Card no. 4592000011355530 the shopkeeper told me the payment was declined 3 times. I tried to pay the same amount using other SBI Debit card number 622018012370011727 & the payment was successful. Later on I saw the statement of my 1st Debit card account& I found that all three transaction which I was told to have been declined by the shopkeeper were sucessful & my account was debited 3 times extra. I went to my bank SBI CMPDI Branch & they advised me to get a Bank statement or a certificate of shopkeeper that he has not received the said amount. I went to Kasautii Jewellers several times to get the bank statement/ non receiving certificate of the same amount i.e. three times the actual amount of 4945 but they refused to cooperate every time I went there. Please do the needful.
