Complaint Details
I submitted all my docs & Rs 1123/- to the sales executive Mr. Pradeep (Mob.-9555567777) on 10th Feb 2015, and I was promised to get my connection activated within 48 hours. Its more than a week and he is just making excuses and now he has stopped taking the calls even. When I asked for a receipt, he told me he will be mailing me in an hour but It was not done by him till now.

This is a Fraud & nextra is full of cheaters and they are just playing with the faith of customers and they should be screwed legally for that. I am suffering both personally & professionally due to NO INTERNET.
