SIX hearings took place for three months in the above cited our grievance we made against AMEETA society for their criminal NEGLIGENCE and severe DEFICIENCY on bogus and vague grounds.

Regretfully Ameeta society failed to mention a single justification for all our various allegations we made against them. Neither secretary nor chairman attended the hearing but they just sent their manager like a peon to come with a letter without any solution to all the hell of the problems we have been facing from such Ameeta society.

On the last hearing ie on 12/1/2015; we were told by the Dy Regisrar that Dy Rgst final verdict would be sent to us in eight days. Still after five weeks, we have been still kept waiting for their verdict.

It is shocking to observe that previously we have lodged various complaints before Dy Rgts but did not get any response/redressal from them. Even after submitting queries under RTI too was not replied by Dy Rgst though they are liable to pay penalty upto Rs. 2500 if RTI query ignored.

We have also pointed out the illegal act done by Ameeta Society to appoint Shankarlal Agarwal as Chairman of the Society while he was not even member of the society. Dy Rgst too no action against the society. Whereas the society says- I have no right to lodge complaint as my mother being a member can complaint. My mother being bedridden for so long cannot lodge complaint and this is enough reason to bring implied authority to me lodge my grievances to the society.

Due to heavy leakage from our above flat no. 40 and due to external rain water seepage through the building walls, we face hell of the problems, trauma and monetary loss. We submitted the pictures too of all such heavy damages. Dy Rgst took no action.

One servant/driver of V K Beswal (Flat 53/58) in our building is doing dadagiri/goondagardi in Ameeta bldg. Police complaint too was lodged under a copy to Dy Rgst. Worst, even bio data of this worker is not submitted by the employer V K Beswal to the society nor to the cuffe parade police station though before employing any worker such bio data is mandatory for the safely of the many people residing in the building. What Uber Cab driver Shiv Kumar Yadav did? He was having hell of the criminal records since 2003, prosecuted for rape too many times and still without his bio data he was employed by Uber Cabs and the world knows about his heinous crime of RAPE. Still the DY Rgst too no action.

In this way, various hell of the harassment we have been facing from Ameeta society but still after notices to Dy Rgst and various previous complaints to President Portal too, he never took any action against Ameeta Society.

Such deafening silence from Dy Rgst amounts to corruption thru illegal favour to Ameeta Society. Shall we have to file a Court Case against Ameeta Society making Dy Rgts also a co-accused being hand in glove. -R K AGARWAL
