My reliance Prepaid no is 9777079794.I received a offer from reliance that if I will recharge with Rs.74/- within world cup 2015 (India matches)then I will get extra benefits
i.e;
RS.74/- gives 1GB 3G data on normal rc but on offer period reliance provided this msg
Cheer India! Recharge by 15-Feb with Rs 74; get 1GB 3G Data for 10 days.EXTRA 2MB for each run scored by India on 15th Feb vs Pak. 4MB per run if India Wins!
But I recharged with Rs.74/- on 15th Feb,2015 at 3.17AM but within 48 hours I had not credited.So I gave a complain to customer care of reliance and complain registered and according to them it should be solved by next 1 day.but it is not solved till now since 5.19PM,17th Feb,2015
And customer service r saying that it will be solved today yesterday and give me different times dates but not solved.please help me.my service request no is 230206868.
