My mom Dyal Kaur Dandiwal traveled from Vancouver to London on Flight Air Canada 854(01 Feb 2015). That flight was delayed and she missed her next connecting air India flight 461 (02 Feb 2015) from London to Delhi and also missed her Air India flight 115 (03 Feb 2015)from Delhi to Amritsar.
Because of Delay in flight to London My mom was given new flights. She flown from London to New Delhi on Jet airways Flight 9W121 (03 Feb 2015). She received her two suitcase at Delhi airport and deposited again them on the next connecting flight towards Amritsar. She flown same day at 17:05 in Jet airways flight 9W740 from Delhi to Amritsar (04 Feb 2015).
At Amritsar Airport she did not received any of her luggage. Both of her suitcase were missing. She spoke with jet airways Staff and a girl name Kauika told my mom to call her next day which is Today on Phone number # 0183-3209847. She told my mom at Amritsar airport that she located her two suitcases and they are still in Delhi. We tried calling all day Today to speak with Kauika but that phone is coming switched off.
I called your MHB office and spoke with Varinder Singh. He was asking me reference number or some kind of complaint number. But my Mom clearly remembers that Kauika told her call next day. She never advised to file a complaint anywhere.
