Complaint Details
I have booked a room(fro the dates Feb 13-Feb 15) from "Planet green resorts" website and later I cancelled it after knowing from the resort(Mrs. Aparna) that the room I have booked is not available for that date.I booked it from my credit card in Abu Dhabi(UAE). The booking engine they have used in their website was from Travelguru.com and the Resorts (Planetgreen) had some problem with the booking engine that is why I couldn't get the reservation correct. I asked them (both the resorts and travelguru.com)to cancel the booking and I am getting a really bad response from them and I never got a refund till now(As per their cancellation policy, I should have received a full refund as I have placed the request 14 days before the check in). On February 9th, I have received an email from Travelguru.com that my refund is under process and I willl get it in 4-5 working days after that I never get a response from Travelguru. Planetgreen resorts have sent few emails(they are responding in emails at least) to Travelguru to cancel the booking but I really do not know, who is the right person to do the cancellation. Now I am returned back to UAE after my vacation. Kindly help me to get the refund. Please find the booking confirmations and mail conversations attached.
