sir i want to change my mobile network bsnl to vodafone i submit all document with self attestation with UPC code ie BA372816 and they give simcard and said after 7-10 days it is activated but it is not activated i go to vodafone customer care but problem not solved they said that again u apply mobile portability we will do portability but my question is what happens to my documents already submitted by me and my point is there is a chance of misuse by documents anyhow i dont want vodafone service just i want to rise the problem
