This is for the information of all those who are planning to invest in properties by Mir Realtors. The company has taken bank loans to the tune of 1000 crore and still there is inevitable delay in project completion. Most of funds acquired either by loan or customer bookings is misappropriated by the MD, Mr. Arun Kumar and his wife Binu Kanappily.

They have been duping customers since 2008 and now they are duping their own employees. Almost none of the ex-employees who had been working for with this company for over 5 years have been paid their gratuity and final settlement. I am one among them. In spite of bringing business for this company and boosting their sales, they never bothered to pay me one rupee towards final settlement. Their GM - Human Resource has absconded because he is not able to handle the employee grievance.

Is there no justice for the ex-employees who invested their whole life for this company and the customers who have invested crores in Mir apartments and villas across cochin, trivandrum, kannur and angamaly? Please stay away from these folks for they will drain you of your resources.
