Complaint Details
The ordered recieved was damaged. As per the company process I have raised a complaint. I am yet to get a redressal of the complaint. The product was delivered on July 3rd, 2013. The complaint was raised in 4 th July, 2013 and as requested by the company snapshots of the damaged product have been sent. There has been no communication from the concerned party. I have been calling and following up every single day yet no resolution has been provided. Order No: 1079372787.
