Respected Sir,

Subject: Non Delivery/misplacement of a registered foreign parcel

It is with frustration that I write this complaint to you. On 11 of May 2013 I send a registered parcel from Hong Kong to my mother Mrs. Gayathri Varma, Tripunithura, Cochin, Kerala. The tracking number is CP881 998 952 HK
However, from Foriegn Post office, Chittor road, 682038. it has been misplaced.
I have been following up and making several phone calls to the Foriegn post office, Ernakulam but they are claiming to have send it to Thripunithura on 7/06/2013 which is denied by the Tripunithura post office. I have personally made several visits to both Ernakulam and Tripunithura post offices but there has been no progress in tracking my parcel.
This delay has resulted in severe mental stress as well as a great deal of time wastage.

I request you to kindly take this most urgently and help track my important parcel. I hold Foreign post Office, Chittoor Road, Ernakulam- 682038, Kerala to be responsible for this issue.
