Complaint Details
I had the worst experience with UCB C21 Mall, A.B. Road Store, Indore (M.P.), India. The store manager, AMIT (the scumbag), doesn't even know how to behave and needs to learn the basic etiquettes. Even the whole staff behaviour right from security guard to the store manager was pathetic and not at all expected form a brand like UCB. He had that "do whatever you can and speak to anybody you want but I am not going to change" attitude. He was not even ready to pass his senior's contact details and was saying "you do whatever you want to do".

UCB should set some standards while providing franchises and even during hiring the staff after all it affects their brand image at the end of the day.

Hope to see some betterment in the future.
