Complaint Details
The Honda Unicorn which has been purchased by me during July 2012 has given lot of problems in the initial stage itself like oil leakage on head and engine oil tank after the first service itself. The chain loose and the heat exposed from engine which has been intimated to the concerned service personnel of lodha motors has been carelessly responded by replying it as common in all vehicles.
Due to the bad response encountered by me at the lodha motors i have shifted my next service that is second service to mansarover motors velachery. There came the issue (i.e.) after few days of the second service oil leaked from the head and engine oil tank of the vehicle. Then i have reported the issue as mentioned above to the service people and they responded by repairing the head by giving it outside lathe for which they have charged the labour fees. Despite of such effort it went in vain and the same problem existed and the people over there does not have the service knowledge. Atlast after finishing the four free services i came back to lodha motors anakaputhur where they have replaced the bore as stated by them for which also they charged the other utility charges. Now after the service now, the vehicle has crossed around 2300 kms and while i was riding my bike suddenly it stopped with a noise and later on i have controlled the bike with a mild speed and went directly to lodha motors anakaputhur on saturday 20.072013. Today, 0n 22.07.13 they called me and stare that there is no oil in the oil tank and hence crank shaft might got damaged and for the same they have requested me to report me tomorrow so as to discuss the issues.
For the above issue i want to sue them to get justice as i have become a victim of natural injustice. Kindly do the needful.
