I activated international roaming of about Rs 150 as well as a voice pack of Rs 500 in the month of June.
I was told by the service centre executive that I can avail 5 minutes free per day with the pack.
However, I just got a discount of Rs 100 and odd. My bill amounts to Rs 10,000.
When asked, first I was told since I cancelled it midway the pack's value was halved and so were the minutes.
However, I was never told by the service centre executive about this while I asked them to cancel it.
I was then told, the pack was for 5 minutes per month and not per day.
It was not clarified in the subsequent SMS as well.
How can Airtel misguide a subscriber like this.
