Complaint Details
Mr.Vijay MD of Dexter Formulations Pvt Ltd,

offered me C and F for Karnataka to his Pharmaceutical Products in the month of August 2010, In his Offer, I supposed to pay 1 lakh as refundable deposit with bank interest and He will send the stock as consignment basis and he appoints the stockists and staff for his products sales, and 5% commission will be given to me in the collections. Orally He has committed the sales of his products is minimum Rs 3 lakhs per month after 3-6 months.

Based on his commitment i had given 1 Lakh Deposit Amount as per his offer, he appointed Mr.Praveen as a one of the director for his company and Mr.Williams as manager and then they appointed few Medical Reps.
and also appointed M/s Paramount as Stockist,

But after 2-3 months there were no sales as per commitment and stockist closed without their knowledge and returned the 70% stock thru 3 rd Party, they requested me to supply to the retailers untill the other stockist gets appoints b cos of their inconvenience i can raise the invoices and but i rejected the responsibilities of stock delivery and collections, they accepted and according to their orders i was raising the invoices and giving the stocks under their managemnt instructions, but after few months they were unable to pay the salaries to the staff and the staff has collected some of the amount without our knowledge from the customers.

all these informations i was informing to the management and Mr.Vijay, but there was no actions has been taken from anybody from their management.

Now he is avoiding to pay my Deposit Amount which i supposed to get in the month of August 2011 and ignoring to come to pay their salaries.
