Dear Sir,
Inspite of several phone calls & requests to the person concern of Eureka fobers in Patna and registered my customer care compaint ticket no 71686246, after my transfer from Durgapur to Patna,still my aquaguard's filter has not been replaced.They are explaining for more than one month that we mailed to kolkata and yet to be confirmed.As a customer, my AMC contract no- 20218684 from 15/11/2011 to 14/11/2013 ofclassic model and filter should have been replaced after first one year.Even after my repeated calls/ requests,if someone cpmpany representative don't botter to address the problem after AMC amount paid Rs1950/- who would bother to get into AMC and Why we should choose eureka fobers brand.Hope for your quick redressal of my coompaint
