Hi

With utmost dissatisfaction about Samsung phone (Galaxy S3 i9300), I would like to put forth that this product has the worst in class product quality. Twice it has so happened that this phone's screen blacked out suddenly with no (or little) display available. While it was under warranty the service centre treated it as an external damage and I had to end up paying INR7500 each time. In my wildest pretend, I assumed it to be my mistake. After a couple of months only I figured out that yesterday it again partially went black !! (touch function still working). Being associated with a job profile in which I have to be constantly in touch with my counter parts I had to struggle to make contact and read mails. Because of lack of connectivity I suffered huge embarrassment and monetary loss. This time I pulled up my socks to bring into light this completely annoying situation. I am expecting Samsung to resolve my problem earliest possible or I would be very much willing to take this up with the consumer court and other forums at their apex level !!
