Hi
My Membership no is 175268855. I had renewed my membership on 14th nov 2014, and paid the membership fees on 30th Dec 14. As per the T&C, 10000 JP miles were to be credited within 45 days of payment, i.e. 14 Feb 2015. Also a free ticket was to be sent within this time period.
Till Date, I havent received either. Called Customer care center-02239893333, 4 times but to no avail. They promise to revert with a resolution within 3-4 working days but disappoint each time. I have made calls on 15th Feb, 18th Feb, 20th Feb, and 26th Feb, respectively.
Pls escalate the matter to highest authorities. I intend to take the matter to Consumer Court please, and ready to bear any charges.
