Dear Team,

I would like to inform you that after 10 days no communication from Ref2, today i was visited and ask to Niraj, they given discharged handset and ask for test, after 20 min charge found the problem was as it is, phone was restarted after switch on and over headed surrounding camera and memory card slot, while we were talked with Nirav, then Mr. Shailesh Patel tell that was remain due to processor while i taken reference of other phone then he ask me to take this phone to another service center, so is this ok?, while taken this incidence to Mr. Virendra the are also same behave, and threat me it will taken 40 to 45 days to repaire from head office and after that also not guarantee for solved the problem.


I was shocked after your senor person behavior i was behave like road side shop keeper, who are interested only for sale not for customer service.

This instance showing your un-audit policy toward service center, which create negative on your brand value.

While i had at service center another two person find who has employ them phone since a month.

So this seem that service center passed time only other wise what reason to hassled the customer.

Please can you provide 10 days repairing or observation log, you must ask, why 10 days to laid/employ the phone @ service center.
