Complaint Details
This is more than a month I have logged for refund of my Premium amount under Proposal No. 17106348 HDFC Life Click2Protect policy, submitting all the required documents at their Indore branch office. Even after escalation to next level there is no hearing nor any refund.
No boby knows what is going on there. The complaint is also forwarded to IRDA; but no body seem to care...there are email addresses & phone numbers of Customer Care & grievances redressal to complete the statutory formalities.
