Complaint Details
Confirmed ticket to " Tirupati Package Tour on 13.02.2015 and the travel date was 20.02.2015 . At the time of booking it is confirmed that " Darshana " at Titupati is SHIGRA darshana and amount of Rs. 300 / - addition is included in this Package amount of Rs. 2700.00

At the time of getting in to the bus on 20.02.2015 at arround 02:00 p.m. it is came to know that, Collected amount from me , is not credited to the Transporter - Sharmila Travells, and refuced to take me to the bus. Transporter allowed me to the bus after my request that, If the amount is not credited before completion of tour days, Same will be paid by me.

on the date of " Darshana" at Tirupati , because of non payment of additional amount has not paid by the "Hegde Travels" we are sent through " dharmadarshana" and it was delayed by nearly 9 Hours. Because of this, i have to take one more day leave to my Office work [ Monday 23.02.2015 ]

My demand is , reimbursement of Rs. 300.00 which is collected addition and my one day additional leave payment .
