Complaint Details
In my Villa no.Q-27,Sushant city-I,Jaipur which were constructed by the company ANSAL API, there are several cracks in roof slabs which were previously superficially plastered by the maintenance team were again appeared in the same spot.it was also noticed by me that these cracks are through & through structural cracks appearing on both the sides of the roof slab.It seems that these cracks were mainly developed there because of poor quality of construction material & bad workman ship during slab casting time of villa.
In such type of happy home villas the company ANSAL API have also left the provision for construction of 2 more rooms at ground floor slab so in my villa case when slab is not able to take it’s own weight how I can to do this.more importantly in this case after overflow of over head tank water or rainfall the water seepage flow is coming heavily through these cracks.Similarly cracks are also developed in all load bearing walls all around the building.In this villa flush doors were not used as single piece & many cut pieces were joined there.all room walls are badly affected by toilet seepage.
Now because of all these problems, It is not possible for me to use this villa for my domestic use .
I have written several complaints to the company ANSAL API but they have not responded since long.no company official was visited in my Villa to attend & check the problems.
