Complaint Details
On 19/02/2015 I has availed the SKYCAB services at RGIA (Hyderabad) to Chaderghat (my home). Taxi Number was AP 09 TVA 2375.This is complaint is against for not providing the receipt of parking fee (50/-) by the cab driver. I had requested with cab driver for parking fee receipt but he had not provided the same & was very rude with abusive language and concluding that I do not have the capacity to pay Rs 50/-. We both went to nearest police station and I explained in PS about the issue. I was tired about the journey and due to frequent calls from my home (family, as they were afraid of the happenings) I had paid the extra money in the PS but did not get the fee receipt.
After coming home I had lodged complaint with the SKYCAB (phone number 040 49494949) for not providing the receipt/bill for parking charges and as well against the cab driver for his behavior.SKYCAB complaint number is 324.

As an example in Mumbai before getting into the taxi we will be getting an additional parking fee bill which has to be settled after completing the journey. Hope same thing would be introduced in Hyderabad as well not sure whether the driver might be cheating the other customers as well.

Request you to take the necessary steps against the cab services and driver.
