Complaint Details
My family is facing a huge water crises due to External water pipes defects reason being Number of bends in water pipes from the Building /society main overhead tank. The building upto the 5th floor was constructed in the period 1982 – 1985 the 6th floor flat is constructed in the year 1997. The promoter’s members have formed the society with the approval of the Registrar under builders Non Co-operation. The building deteriorated condition Due to builder negligence & poor maintenance the society initiated major renovation to the building during the year 2013. During the major renovation work carried out in the society have made several request, reminders to the Society committee Members writing letters, meeting, bringing up in the society AGM & SP. G.M. also took steps to arrange BMC inspection and obtain letter for the same.

The Committee members have been casual and elusive and inhuman in their behavior to take steps to rectify the same since the original request from the Complainant Dt. 15th April 2014 whereas the I have paid society charges regularly towards maintenance and major repairs without default.

The committee Members are now in completed denial mode as the discussion held in the AGM for Sept 2014 the point being brought out in the Agenda have declined to mention in the MON for the2015, AGM. The renovation work at the society has been completed leaving My request unattended. The behavior of the committee is due to various issues raised by me to the registrar on the society functioning including misappropriation of funds, encroachments etc.,
