Sir/Madam,
My mother's mobile number 9859116913, Padumi Gogoi, got unnecessary balance deducted frequently. The provider, Aircel, included some Value added services like dialer tune etc. which are not included or applied by her. So, for this, some unnecessary balances got deducted. When I called to customer care no., they have told to message some text to unsubscribe them. But it was not worked . Please do a favour for me and give them a warning for such kind of cheats..
