Complaint Details
I am trying to get refund for past 1 month but no one is responding, I contacted customer service more than 30 times, sent several emails to escalation team more than 30 times but got only canned response and rejection on refund. I got the device deactivated within 1 week of purchase and have done all possible asked by them and still no one is ready to provide refund. I logged many complaints and even called the seller but they just pass the buck. They were the ones who promised refund at the time of purchase in case of any issue.
