Hi Team,
Actually I'm here to write you guys about the worst internet service provided by the above mentioned company.
I'm using the internet service since last 3-4months and now I'm experiencing the connectivity problems on which the company is not respinding properly since last 15-20 days.
The customer service executives are not providing the proper service and the field engineer is also not working in a proper manner. The company should take action against these people or company might undergo a huge loss.
The issue is still pending and when I receive the IVR verification call it gets disconnected if I select an option to speak to a representative.
Huuuh . . So finally I'm pissed off with everything and has planned to change the internet service provider and will also recommend other people on social media and mother possible ways, not use the service off Tikona Internet Service Provider.
I hope you will listen to my concern and and work on it.
