Dear Sir

I am user of reliance GSM mobile No. 8302038764, My bill generate of 27 dec 2014 amount
981
this bill due date of 14/01/2015, this amount paid by cheque (ch no. 001509 HDFC Bank,
brance Laxmi Road PUNE ) cheque deposit in reliance store pune office, this cheaqu clear
in my account of dated 14/01/2015 amount 981,

But reliance say to me your payment not receive, whatever

regarding this matter I complaint to reliance customer care No. *222 and noted all
details (ch. no. cheaque deposit palace, amount,etc ) complaint no. is 229163293 date
19/01/2015

my incoming and out going closed by reliance 0f date 5/02/2015

again I am complaint to reliance by email mail add. is customercare@relianceada.com
of date 11/2/2015
reliance sent a mail to me your problem solve within 3 day but not solve till date

I complaint to reliance appellate authority by mail mail add.
rcomappellateauthority.rj@relianceada.com with all details ( before complaint details
with complaint no., my bank statement ) of dated 11/02/2015
they sent to me reply mail your problem solve within 5 day but not solve till date


I complaint to reliance customer care no. 0141-3033333 complaint no. 230028884 they take
3 day solving time

but not solve my problem


again I call to appellate authority no. 18602002011 any time from my other alternate no.
( 9929938764 ) but not solve


at last I call to appellate authority NO. 18602002011 of date 28/02/2015 time approx 4:00
pm and they commeted my problem solve with in 48 hour but not solve

I am in roaming location and reliance create very big problem for me
reliance service is very poor,

plz take immediate action and reply me
