Dear Sir,

I am a student of MCA 6th Semester and I wanted to do a part time job for this purpose I wanted to join this company but I was badly cheated whose details are given below and also in attached files.

The story began like this:

The email I received 3 times via timesjobs.com is given below under
"Forwarded message". When you click the link: skjonlineservice.com
in the mail, it redirects you to the website:
http://www.skjonlineservice.com/ and there is a link : in red color
label "Click Here Proceed to Company Website>>" then it redirects you
to www.brinfosoft.com and on this website there are various plans of
which there is Offline Data Entry plan "Star Two"
http://www.brinfosoft.com/offline-data-entry-jobs/ which I subscribed
by clicking "order now"
and I was given a customer ID :DXM394 and it redirects to PayUMoney
Link https://www.payumoney.com/ where I paid Rs. 2200/- whose payment
ID is : 23388254 on Date: 02/02/2015, then I received a call from this
Mobile Number : 8423271197 and this person told me that " Aapne jo
payment kiya hai wo hamare paas aa gaya hai
aur iske liye aap PayUMoney website pe jakar Release Payment kijiye
then I trusted him and the transaction was successful and I got a
confirmation message on my Mobile. After payment of Rs.2200/-by me I
was given a Username: BRIS02969.

*****Now Important points of objection:

1). The email I received, clearly mentions that:

***(i). Typing speed more than 20 to 25 words per minute.
***(ii). You can earn money by spending 2-6 hours a day at home
***(iii). It is not a target base job.

But after payment, he sent me total 265 pages to complete within 10 days
and each page contains about 630 words.
Now, if I have typing speed of 25 words per minute,
Therefore, to complete one page total time required = 630/25 = 25
minutes (approx.)
and to complete 265 pages,
total time required = No. of pages X time required to complete one page

= 265 X 25 = 6625 minutes = 110 hours.(approx).

***Therefore, average time required to complete the project per day =
110/10 = 11 hours per day instead of 2-6 hours per day as mentioned in
the email.

2). Their website http://www.brinfosoft.com/offline-data-entry-jobs/
mentions that required accuracy level = 80 % which
means error tolerance = 126 (approx) errors per page,

*** But he sent me contradictory rules and regulations that if error,
per page is up to 25, then payment = 100% if error per page = 75 then
payment =50% and if more than 75 then No payment.

3). Their website http://www.brinfosoft.com/offline-data-entry-jobs/
mentions :
(i) On getting Registered, within 1 hours
we'll send a server link, you have to just click that link & using the
Username & Password supplied by us you can download your work files in
no time

*** But he sent me work files by email and on logging in to the
username and password, the page was blank.

(ii). To save your time, we divided your work files into different
sets, each set contains 50 files. Each Set takes around 2 minutes to
download.

*** But he sent me 2 sets via email and one containing 200 files and
another containing 65 files

***4). Then I tried to contact on the Payment Query No. 8423271197 but
I only succeeded on Date 03/02/2015 between 7 PM - 8 PM and the person
attended my call, told me that:
" Koi boundation nahi hai, aap jitna complete kar le usko Saturday ko
submit kar dijiye aur Monday ko payment mil jayega aur jo aapka bach
jayega wo lapse ho jayega."
I told him that: " Wohi to mai soch raha tha k mai MCA 6th semester
ka student hun mere paas utna time to nahi hai k mai itne pages
complete kar sakun" .
Then he told me that: " nahi nahi, aisa koi boundation nahi hai"

***This is why I completed 47 pages and submitted it on Saturday,
07/02/2015, but I did not receive any confirmation, then I talked on
Sunday 08/02/2015 to him on Mob: 8423271197 and he told me that : "
Monday ko morning me check kar lenge ".

But again no response then I called him again and he refused to pay
for my work then I demanded my Rs. 2200/- then he denied and lastly,
when I told him about legal action against him, he told me that" 100%
you can take".

After getting payment from me, he started harassing me by imposing
rules and regulations contradictory to the one in the mail and on
their website and making promises and not keeping his promises even at
a single time thus he badly cheated me.

Firstly I thought that I was the first person cheated by them but when
I visited the website

there are many complaints already submitted here and on many other website and this company is continuously cheating people which can be found if you search the name of this company "BR Infosoft" in Google.

I paid him for the service under which I should get a Data Entry job
Plan : Star Two ( for details please download the attachment )which
includes:

(i). 700 pages per month for 10 months.
(ii). The company has to pay me Rs. 15 per page for the completed and
submitted pages by me by transferring the amount to my Central Bank of
India A/c No. 3113427274
But I got no services for the amount Rs. 2200/- I paid him according
to the deal.

Their website mentions :"In case company not provide any user ID
password & services. then we will refund your amount".

Hence, I request you that please take an appropriate action in this
regard and for the refund of my amount.
