I have bought one T24 sim from the Big Bazaar, Vadapalani on 21-Feb-2015. They said that it will get activated by Tuesday (24-Feb-2015). On 25-Feb-2015, I went there, they said that they have highlighted issue, once i receive sms in my alternate number, i have to put the sim in phone and dial 59059. I have sent an email to their customer service on 1-Mar-2015. Today when I went and talked to the personnel, they said that i need to pay and buy new sim. They cant refund my amount or rectify this problem.
