Complaint Details
My booking with spicejet done via makemytrip.com (NF2203145759452) was cancelled due to cancellation of the flight SG-882 of the 5th of Jan, 2015, by the airline due to crisis being faced by spicejet.
The site showed that the full refund was sent to the bank on 15th Feb, 2015 and that it should reflect withinin 3 days in case of State Bank of India account. The deadline provided by them for the money to reflect was 7th March. But, despite the account being with SBI, the money has not reflected in the bank account as of yet, even after 20 days.
I have also lodged a written complaint (Reference ID - 150226-001753) with makemytrip.com using their customer support section many days back and I have called them too regarding it multiple times. But the issue was always ignored using various excuses like "system being currently down. Call an hour later", "please, hold the line, the call will be transferred to the refund section", and so on.
I request you to kindly look into the matter about this deaf ear being turned on the customer by makemytrip.com.
