Sir i purchased this connection before 4 months, when i visted mtnl exchange to buy broadband i asked them i want fast connection they asked my location I provided them information about my home etc, they called the local line man and confirmed that in my area 8 MBPS plan will work and i can go ahead and purchase that plan, I purchased it but from the day i bought i never get 8mbps speed... from the last 4 months line is getting disconnected. and I sent several email and also I called them many times but the issue is not resolved everyday Internet is getting disconnected because of MTNL i lost i all my clients from 4 months it is getting disconnected after every 10-20 minutes.
