My mother was admitted to Koparkhairane hospital of Balaji healthcare in November 29, 2013. She was later on transfered to Vasind Hospital of Balaji healthcare. I had paid a deposit of Rs 2.5 lakhs on January 1, 2014 . I had also signed an agreement that stated that i will be returned the money after deducting 20% after 6 months after the date of my mother's discharge. My mother was discharged on July 27th 2014. In this regard, my money was to be returned by January 27th, 2015. But the hospital and doctors refuse to pick up my calls and since have not been responding to my email and phone requests.
