Complaint Details
I am a customer with jabong.com since 2013 and till date there were many issues pertaining to the defect like old stuff provided , wrong stuff provided and color bleeding n similar issues.For every order they have promised to return the cod money paid by a platinum customer and now I have some 1500 bucks pending and they have refused to pay because they have blocked my account due to one reason or the other.The ways adopted are unethical and so humiliating for me a customer. I should have gone with the complaint much earlier.How could they blame me for their mistakes.
