I am using Tata Sky from last 3 years and my subscriber id is 1027991973, hope this is correct. Now recently they have upgraded their system because of which DTH is down from last 2 days. As our connection is on name of my wife and she is travelling outside India hence she is carrying the registered number with Tata Sky. The way they have changed their IVR you cannot complaint, simple. Also as per their notification they show us payment due date as 19th of March 2015 wherein we pay every September in advance for a year. This is a serious lack of service, as I am travelling too, I know when I will be back I will have discountinue system. Imagine we cannot talk to tata sky and ask them to take their stupid box back with them it will never get sorted out.
