Hello sir /madam
I searched in internet for new laptops and selected the one that suited me and i got many quotes from dealers and raam computers gave best quote so on 11/3/15 i visited them and the proprietor asked which model i showed him the browchure with computer specification and model number. He said the price i paid him 20750rs after installing softwares they gave me laptop i was shocked it was dell vostro14" 2gb ram and much more but i asked for dell inspiron 15.6" 4gb ram and good specification. I asked him to reduce the price and he said invoice has been raised so cant changed i was stressed so in a sad mind i dont know what to ask and i came after using this laptop for one day im totally not satisfied with the product they gave what i dint ask so im more stressed another reason i came to know it s just 17000rs but i paid 20750rs. I dont know what to do if i ask them they will say the same , cant exchange or refund. I feel like cheated soi need ur help with my product or money. Thank you
