Respected Sir,
I am Dinesh Bordekar from Mumbai. I took Policy HDFC SL ProGrowth Super II (Policy No: 14011418) in year 2010 from HDFC Life. Now I am not interested in that policy and want to cancel the Proposal. About cancellation of policy I already informed by visiting personally at HDFC Life Insurance Office. I informed customer care to discounted my policy and don’t contact me before ending of locking period (which end 2015).
I also applied for do-no-disturb facility through web (confirmation code: 140315-2397563). But still I am receiving call on my land- line No which registered with HDFC Life though they also have my Mobile No. Many times I called at customer care and informed that don’t call on my landline no as most times I am out of station for my office work. But still they give a call on my and threaten my family members as if I not paid money it will be big damage for me and my family. HDFC representatives are used offensive language with my Family members. Due to which they get mentally suffer.
This is very embarrassing situation how organization like HDFC treats with their customer and their families. I will feel very upset due to this and like to take legal action against HDFC Life.
I am requested you to kindly consider my request and take proper action against it.
