Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Mahesh Ingawale. I am living in Pune, Maharashtra. I have Problem with HDFC Life Branch, Ganesh Khind Road, Pune.

I had apply for home loan before 4 years in HDFC LTD. They have sanction my home loan with Terms Give one policy of HDFC Life. I agree for gave HDFC Life Policy Pro Growth. They are given Refunded Policy Insurance INR 2500 month. I sign that agreement with insured name is HDFC Ltd. At the time of issued this policy nobody can told me that is locking period for 5 min. years.

After 2 years I had cleared my HDFC LTD home Loan. And I have apply of HDFC Life Agreement Changed insured name Mahesh Ingawale instead of HDFC Ltd. I have submit my document but they not given me any HDFC Life Policy related document. I have raised complaint against HDFC life insurance policy, when I slender this policy nobody can give me any document related HDFC Life insurance Policy because of this reason I stopped my policy premium payment after 2-3month to HDFC Life Insurance (INR 2500 per month) and already I applied for refunding this premium amount, But they told me this policy is locking period for min 5 years. After I called that agent his name is Sandesh Sharma but his phone also off, nobody respond me correctly.

Last years I have received HDFC Life Financial Year statement. There showing me only INR 38000. But I had paid to HDFC Life Total INR 47500. I would like request to you please help me to return this money. Please find attached complaint against this policy to IRDA.
