It's really frustrating and a kind of mental harassment faced as I write this letter to you. This issue pertains to a real estate company in Bangalore wherein I had booked plots two years ago in 2013, pls find the details of the case below.

I had booked 2 plots (plot #361 & 362) of size 30x40 in "Max Meadows III" Project in 2013 with an initial booking amount of "Rupees Two Lakh" paid via Cheque No. 496252 dated 08/04/2013, which is being developed by the company "Maxworth Realty India Ltd" along Doddaballapur road locality in Bangalore.
As per the briefing by the company representatives the booking would be followed by an sale agreement within 20 days from the booking date and the same has been mentioned in the receipt issued to me at the time of booking. and also company representatives said that the registration of the plots would be done within six months from the date of booking.
After the booking was done there has been no communication whatsoever from neither the sales agent nor from the management/company directly about the status of the project. apparently there was no sale agreement done.
My repeated attempts to contact the company at regular intervals regarding the registration/sale agreement of the property has yielded no conclusive and clear answer from the company. Every time I called the answer I have got is vague and totally unprofesional like the property would be registered in next 3 months, we will get back to you in a week regarding the registration etc.
Tired with these never ending false promises and totally unprofessional & irrational behaviour I decided to cancel the booking and requested for the refund of the booking amount through a letter dated 7th Jan 2015. Again, since then there has been no adequate and professional response from the management on the refund request as well.
I have called them since then on a daily basis to keep track of the refund request but no one has provided any help in this regard whatsoever.
I would like to mention that in-spite of taking the issue at various levels in the company they have been unable to address the grievance with a proper solution. Numerous calls to Mr. RaviKumar DGM of the company and letters & emails that I have written to the company have resulted in no resopnse.
In the last 2 letters that i had written to the company I had mentioned clearly that if they fail to refund the amount of Rupees of Two Lakh I would be approaching the consumer court to seek redressal to the grievance.
The whole experience has been nothing short of an humiliating mental torture and and irreparable trauma. The company as a whole has been deficient in providing the promised service in every possible way.
All my requests have fallen on deaf ears and the agony that we have went through is unimaginable. It's been close to 2 years since any update on the project and nearly 3 months has lapsed since I have raised the request for refund of booking amount.

I have documented all the proofs like receipts, letters etc to support my case. Sir, As I see no positive response from the company I request your kind intervention and help innocent consumers like us get justice.
