I purchased online Premium featured listing for my Individual online training enquiry at Think Vidya. After making the payment, i do not see my Featured Ad on the first page of ThinkVidya website. When i call +91 9341493414, they ended my call more than 4 times.
I inquired ThinkVidya to inform them that my featured listing is on 9th page and asked them how i will get inquiries if my Featured Ad is on 9th page. The shocking thing is Free Listing are equally displayed with Featured Listing.

One of ThinkVidya representative informed me that my Featured listing may come after 15 days. It is on 9th page due to Technical Problem. I was asking for Refund because i am not interested to wait for 15 days since the technical issue is with ThinkVidya Learning Private Limited.

Before making online payment to ThinkVidya, i confirmed with them whether my featured listing will be displayed on top or not. After they confirmed, i made payment from my bank account.

I would never recommend ThinkVidya for Featured Listing. There is no REFUND and when you call them for any big issue, they just hang the call. I have attached my photos as a proof that my listing is on 9th page and you people can see that free listing is on top of featured listing
