My Water purifier (Green RO, Enhance) of Aqua Guard/Eureka Forbes is under two years AMC (AMC upto 31/8/2016). It is not working since Sunday (15th March 2015). The contact number given on website for Dehardun tells us that they are no more associated with the Company. The number where customer is supposed to log service request by giving missed call doesn't work. The links given in the Eureka Forbes Limited Ombudsman Scheme doesn't work. There is no way of contacting them, even after three days.
