I have Bill dispute with Airtel. According to me the justifiable legitimate amount is Rs 5177/- and Airtel is demanding Rs. 23,279/- They confirmed activating international roaming and then send me international roaming charges. This is clear cheating and fraud. Since 9th March they are calling all my relatives, friends and family and giving threatening calls in abusive language for extortion of money. They are threatening my family with kidnaping threats. Airtel is adopting all unethical and illegal practices. I have complained to Nodal Officer and Appelate officer also. They replied with apology but the threatening calls are still coming.
Request your intervention. I have also lodged police complaint. I wrote email to DOT, TRAI, Min. of Telecommunication, Secretary DOT. But Airtel is not stopping this nonsense. Please Help.
