I am Robin Jose. My mobile number is 9643891820.
I have bought a Micromax A 300 (Gold) mobile on 30th November 2014 which costs 15000 rupees.
This mobile worked fine for two months. From the third month on words, its battery was getting heated up and draining in just moments.
I gave it for service in Micromax service center in Krishna market, Lajpat Nagar.
They kept the phone for almost a week and gave me back saying that they have replaced the battery and charging unit.
It was not fine at the time when I got it back. They said battery is new and will take at least two three days to function properly.
The mobile is still faulty with highly heated battery, and sometimes the mobile itself acts weared, it functions its own automatic by copying and pasting items on the screen and all.
I would request you to look in to the issue and solve this issue either by getting my phone replaced with a new one or with a money refund.
