Complaint Details
Sir, I ordered for a 32 F 5100 LED Samsung TV on 01 Nov 2013 evening from Nutan Electronics Plot H-122 A, Dilshad Garden Delhi-110095, Mob.9990047108. It was Diwali’s Dhanteras occasion of last year. It was offered by the dealer that home delivery and installations are free of cost by the dealer’s/company’s side. I told that I want my installation on the same day. He agreed. Then my LED TV was delivered to my home next in night (02/11/2013). On the next to next day was a main Diwali and I kept reminded dealer personally as well as by a phone (I have the proof of mobile bill) for my installation. After the Diwali, I made a call and met to the dealer and he told me that on Diwali occasion we had to do a lot of extra hours work and we tire because on this festival our sale increases substantially. I reminded him for my installation. He again replied me the same that today or tomorrow your installation will be done. But nobody turned up to my home for installation. I visited dealer and made a call many times. At last I fed up and told the dealer to return my money I am not interested to buy appliances from you. After twelve my TV was installed after 12.11.2014. Since this installation was free of cost and customer was ready visiting to show room ,so cannot be delayed by the customer side because he had not too pay anything and when customer has spent 34000/- on it for what using it using these appliances obviously. Company and dealer got this installation delayed deliberately. This TV has one year warranty. This TV was installed at my home after 12.11.2013 and it became out of order on 06.11.2014(within a year) and I filed a complained to Samsung company on 07.11.2014. I feel have been harassed by company or dealer in the following way:
i) Doing late installation of my LED TV deliberately.
ii) Company sold me a faulty LED TV in a new packing.
iii) Bit a misleading/misguiding about the faulty/damaged parts of the TV, by company’s people by telling something on some moment and something else on different moment.
Because it Delhi’s regular colonies, power supply is regulated and appliances need no stabilizer. At the same time electronic items also have some power regulator inside the appliances themselves they themselves regulate the power supply and stabilized power to the individual parts of the TV. These regulatory systems are just like the fuse or shunts. In your home in villages where suddenly if more power comes then only these fuses are burnt and rest wiring of the home does not affect.
So how multiple parts can be damaged in a very short period of time (within a year), in a city like Delhi where regulated power supply is distributed.
Recently when I told about this to the dealer/SAMSUNG company he has been telling that he is trying it to be done by company for the 10 days. But nothing has happened. I have been harassed and being made foolish.
Recently repairing people from Samsung company, visited my home and told faults as under:.
First SAMSUNG engineer came and told that SMPS is damaged and it will be replaced.
Next time another engineer was sent and he told that SMPS as well as Panel both are damaged and they need to be replaced.
When I show it to non-Samsung (Local Third party) repairer, he told that its SMPS is damaged only nothing else.
Integrity of the Samsung engineer is doubtful, because same company’s different people are saying different.
Hence at last, I request you to kindly repair my LED TV in warranty period or refund my money whatever company has taken as a repairing cost, because it is within the warranty period from its installation to my home by the company. Otherwise I Will be forced to file a petition in consumer court or other legal actions.
Sir I have complaint at CORE web site also, but nothing gas gone.
