Sir,
I am a Brick Killen owner & coal dealer. I suffered 100% loss in devastating September floods of Kashmir. I have take huge loans from J&K bank and had insured my stocks/property with BAJAZ GENERAL ALLIANZ INSURANCE CO through J&K Bank under three different policies. After the incident my stocks & loss was assessed by my insurer i,e BAJAJ GENERAL ALLIANZ INSURANCE CO LTD in the month of September itself. I submitted all the documents demanded by loss surveyor & Insurance company.
Despite my regular visits to loss assessor & insurance Co office at Srinagar I have not been paid any claim so far. It has been more than six months that my business has come to halt & due to non-settlement of my claims I alongwith my family are suffering badly. The indifferent approach shown by insurance company has put me in depression . The delay on part of insurance Co is resulting in recurring loss to my business.
It is requested to kindly take action against this insurance co for playing delay tactics in settling my genuine claims.
