Hi,

The product shipped is fake and local and not of Xiaomi as Xiaomi does not manufactures power bank of 20800 MAH.So request to help me in getting the the product back and refunding the amount paid by me.
Here is the email sent to rediff:

Hi,


Firstly the product shipped is fake as Xiaomi does not produces power bank in 20800 mah secondly the product is now working fine at all.Even if it is fully charged, it fails charging mobile after 2-3 minutes of inserting the cable for charge.Its shows that it is charging but the battery meters does not shows the meter going up.


It is 20800 mah so when fully charged it should at leastfull charge around 8 times a mobile of 2000 mah which it does not.It fails in first charge it self.


Selling fake product on Rediff is illegal and it should be stopped immediately to save the custmers from being cheated.


Learn something from Fipkart.A very new in the online shopping as compared to rediff shopping but rely mainly on genuine product.So the customer also feels safe in shopping on flipakart.


To the Ceo,Mr Ajit,


Request you to look into it and help in getting the amount refunded back to me instead of asking me to ship back the product to the dealer or to resolve with the dealer.This is about the order no 11221023 and order number 11221291.
